A planning process is underway for the 196 Street area. This plan will guide how the area grows over the next 30 years. Last year, we shared information about Transit‑Oriented Areas (TOA), and we received feedback on the plan objectives that will guide growth.
We are now in Step 3 of the planning process. This is your chance to review the concept maps for the future transportation network, and amenity locations. You can also view the draft land use plan, which brings all of these ideas together. We are asking for your feedback through this survey before the plan is presented to Council.
