In 2022, we started the process to develop a plan for the Clayton Corridor. The plan will support the extension of the Surrey Langley SkyTrain line down Fraser Highway and guide growth in Clayton over the next 30 years. In September 2023, we shared a Stage 1 draft plan. Then, in November 2023, the provincial government introduced new housing legislation, impacting development around transit stations. Since then, we’ve been working on updating the plan to reflect the new legislation.
This survey provides you with an opportunity to explore updates to the draft plan and provide feedback. We‘ll consider and summarize your input before providing an update to Council in 2025.
