A master plan is a tool that guides City decision-making for a specific area. It identifies a vision, priorities and guiding principles rather than approving specific development projects.

We are in the planning phase. Public input is important as we move through planning into decision-making. This phase of engagement focuses on vision. Next steps include options analysis and plan development.

The Cloverdale Fairgrounds Master Plan is a separate planning initiative with its own objectives, engagement process and timeline. The two projects will inform one another where appropriate.

All feedback will be considered alongside technical studies, operational requirements and Council direction. Community input will help identify priorities, opportunities and considerations that inform the draft Master Plan.
