How will the City use my information?
All survey responses are anonymous and confidential. Individual responses are never shared or reported. Results are combined with thousands of other responses and analyzed at a city-wide level to identify trends and opportunities.
The survey does not collect information that can be used to identify you, and all findings are reported in summary form only.
Who can participate in the survey?
Every Surrey resident over the age of thirteen (13) is welcome to participate in the survey. There’s no restriction or limitation as long as you live in Surrey.
Why is the City conducting this survey?
The survey helps us understand resident spending patterns, preferences, and economic concerns so we can support informed economic development decisions.
Can my feedback influence which businesses come to Surrey?
Businesses consider many factors when selecting locations. Consumer demand data is one of the tools used to demonstrate market opportunities in Surrey.
When will results be available?
Summary results are published on Invest Surrey's website after data collection and analysis are completed.
