We are in the process of developing a land use plan for the 196 Street area. The plan will guide growth and change over the next 30 years as SkyTrain extends along Fraser Highway to Langley.

  • City launches 196 Street Area Plan

    On Nov.18, 2024 Council approved Corporate Report R224 that authorized staff to prepare a plan for the Surrey side of the planned SkyTrain station at 196 Street and Fraser Highway.
