Official Community Plan

We’re updating the City’s Official Community Plan (OCP). The OCP is one of the City’s overarching documents. It provides a long-term vision for the city, guiding growth and development. The OCP update is a multi-year process with 5 phases. We are currently in phase 3. In this phase we are developing the draft policies.

We engaged with Surrey residents to get their feedback on various policy topics. Thanks to everyone that came out to our in-person engagement events or provided feedback through our survey in the Spring. We will provide a summary of what we heard in phase 3 later this summer.
